from 27.03.2009 10:33       Author - Tourist Media
The government will provide 16 million euro to Zlatograd municipality for the development of spa tourism in the region, investor.bg reported.

Funding will be used for the proper usage of geothermal water resources that the region of Zlatograd features, Deputy Regional Development and Public Works Minister Dimcho Mihalevski said.

State financial aid is part of the measures that the government plans to undertake to aid projects that no longer receive PHARE program funding.

The project will be launched in April. The main aim will be to create the proper equipment needed for the extraction of mineral water.
