Nature Park Vitosha administration has suggested to Sofia municipality the introduction of a vehicle tax for all willing to enter the park in their car, Focus news agency reported.
Boiana and Dragalevtsi will have checkpoints where the taxes will be paid. Funds collected will be used for road repairs in the Vitosha region.
The opening of a regular transportation line from Dragalevtsi to Aleko hut is also possible. The line will be available at least six times during week days.
Currently, tourists can rely on public transport, the Simeonov and Dragalevtsi lifts and the regular line to Zlatnite Mostove region.
