Nearly 300 UK tourists are suing First Choice tour operator because they became ill after vacation in a Bulgarian hotel, Daily Mail reported.
Irwin Mitchell is the legal company that represents 276 clients who are suing First Choice.
Tourists were on vacation in Bulgaria's Elenite resort between June and October 2008.
The plaintiffs claim that during their stay a Bulgarian hotel, they suffered from serious digestive problems. The tourists were denied an option to receive medical aid in the resort because of the long queues in the clinic. Many of guests in the resort were seeking medical assistance.
If First Choice refuses to negotiate with Irwin Mitchell, the legal company will pursue the rights of its clients in court.
