Russian and American tourists will get visa for 36 months when traveling in Russia and USA, Sega Daily reported.
This was discussed between the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Russian Minister of the Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov in Washington. The visa agreement is supposed to be signed no later then the end of 2011.
The representatives of the two countries came to an agreement also about adoption. With the exception of adoption made by relatives, only licensed agencies can deal with it.
