According to a poll conducted by Internet-based market research firm YouGov and the Centre for Economics and Business Research for online shopping site Kelkoo, Bulgarian beaches are the most popular among UK tourists, Daily Mail reported.
Sydney beaches rank 20th in the chart. Sydney takes this position because beach factors taken under consideration include the price of flights to the specific destination, accommodation prices, tourism attractions, the currency exchange rate, weather and safety.
Tunisia ranks second and Turkey occupies the third position.
According to 85 percent of the people polled, the vacation price is the most important factor. For 81 percent of the people the security is also of critical importance, 78 percent believe that weather is an important factor. For 77 percent of the travelers questioned, food is the most important aspect when selecting a holiday destination.
