The Bulgarian Regional Tourism Organization of Rhodope plans to organize a trip in Rhodope Mountain for Bulgarian and foreign tour operators, Radio Focus Smolyan reported.
For a week tour operators’ representatives will travel in the region of Rhodope in order to acquaint more about tourism opportunities in the area. Every one tour operator will be represented by one Bulgarian and his colleague from other country. The idea is when they travel, together to figure out new tourism product, which can be offered to foreign tourists.
In addition to already famous winter resorts Pamporovo and Chepelare situated in Rhododpe Mountain, the organization will promote spa, cultural, rural and eco tourism.
