Russian investment companies are interested in investment in Bulgarian spa and wellness properties.
Over the past few months, potential investors showed interest in properties in the Bulgarian Black Sea region and in the interior of the country, president of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)-Bulgaria Antonia Wirth said as quoted by Bulgarian National Radio.
Wirth commented that a new tendency has emerged. Investors buy complexes or properties near spa resorts like Bulgaria’s Sapareva Bania or Hissar.
Russian investment companies will soon replace individual property buyers, real estate experts comment. The aim of companies is to buy vacation apartments, which will be offered on the Russian vacation property market.
