Road renovations in the coastal region have been taken to a minimum, representatives of the national road infrastructure agency told Monitor daily.
The measure aims to facilitate the intense traffic to Bulgaria’s coastal resorts during August.
Renovation works are ongoing on the road from Sofia to Bourgas. Renovations are also taking place on the II-64 main road in the region from Bania village to Trakia highway.
No renovation works are taking place in the Varna region. Work is taking place on the roads from Nessebar to Ravda and from Bourgas to Sozopol and Tsarevo.
