Passengers from Amsterdam to Sofia arrive safely, but without their luggage, it was said on the show "This Morning" on BTV.
70 passengers did not receive their luggage already fifth day. At the beginning the Bulgarian airline officials said that the delay was in Amsterdam, but later it became clear that the baggage of passengers was not even loaded on the plane.
Later the airline announced that the coffers of their clients were not loaded on the plane for security reasons because the plane was overloaded.
On the company's website now has information about flights from Amsterdam and customers will know if there are any restrictions on luggage.
