Rezidor Hotel Group will open its first hotel from Park Inn chain in Bulgaria.
Rezidor will take the management of the existing Greenville Hotel and Apartments situated in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia.
The new hotel will start operating in the third quarter of 2010. The hotel will offer accommodation in 113 rooms and apartments.
“This new property will strengthen our presence in Sofia; it complements our successful Radisson Blu Grand Hotel which is located opposite the National Assembly”, says Kurt Ritter, President & CEO of Rezidor.
