The Sultanate of Oman might invest $800 million in the development of Bulgaria’s Super Borovets resort project, Reuters reported quoting an anonymous source.
Super Borovets project is expected to be completed by 2012.
The Dutch company Borovets Invest is majority owner of 67 percent of the project. The Sultanate of Oman is the owner of most Borovets Invest shares. Samokov municipality owns 25 percent of the shares and Glavbolgarstroy is owner of eight percent.
