On April 30, the National Museum of History (NMH) will officially open the exhibition For Freedom and Unity in honor of the Bulgarian day of bravery and of the national army.
The exhibition includes items from the museum’s weapon collection.
Weapons presented have been used by participants in the Balkan wars, World War I and World War II.
Medals that were used to honor war heroes will be presented, as well. The collection includes icons that were used by army divisions, as well as works of art of Bulgarian painters presenting Bulgarian participation in wars.
