From June 4 to 6 a tourism congress involving representatives from Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey will take place in Chalkidiki, express.gr reported.
Tour operators from the three countries will participate in the meeting.
Over one million tourists will visit Greece and Turkey in 2010 making use of joint tourism packages, Greek-Turkish Chamber of Commerce/Trade chairperson Panagiotis Koutsikos said. The packages include a week-long vacation in Greece and a week-long stay in Turkey. Greek-Turkish Chamber of Commerce/Trade launched the initiative.
