Four municipalities in the region of Vratsa will be working on the creation of a common tourism product, using the practices of Italian municipalities, Bulgarian News Agency reported.
Funding will be obtained from the regional development operational program, deputy European projects, tourism and transportation Vratsa mayor Tonka Mileva said.
Vratsa municipality will be working in cooperation with Kozloduy, Mezdra and Mizia, as well as with Italian partners.
The project is expected to speed up the development of tourism in the region. It envisions seminars, information exchange, the creation of analyses and of a tourism development strategy.
