The Rhodope Mountain town of Chepelare registered an increase in the number of tourists over the past month, radio Focus-Smolyan reported.
Mostly Bulgarians visit the resort but tourists also come from countries like the Netherlands and the UK, Chepelare mayor Georgi Popov said.
Chepelare’s tourism information center is working each day and tourists can make use of its services.
