Bulgarian ski resort Bansko started officially winter season 2011/2012 on December 17. Special guests for the opening were Michael Valhofer, Marc Girardelli and Petar Popangelov.
The great skiers competed with amateur skiers in a ski race. For the best of them the organizers of the opening was ensured many gifts and surprises. After the competition, the ski legends made a special ski run on the Alberto Tomba ski slope.
More than 900 tourists entered in Treasure Hunters game. Participants in the competition had to find 33 coffins buried in the snow. The biggest award was Audi A1.
