On May 10, Macedonia started a tourism campaign in Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia and Kosovo, Macedonian Dnevnik daily reported.
Billboards advertising Macedonian landmarks are already positioned in the capitals of these countries. The campaign will also include CNN ads.
Special tourism patrols will welcome foreign tourists in Macedonia, in order to make their visit in the country more pleasant. These patrols will monitor the provision of tourism services.
