According to Irish investors, the prices of real estate in Bulgaria’s coastal resorts will remain stable despite the financial crisis, Irish Independent reported.
In 2005, Irish property buyer Paul Mitchell came to Bulgaria intending to buy property. Instead that he purchased a plot and launched construction. Four years later, Mitchell constructed 82 apartments in Bulgaria’s Sunny Beach resort and sold 55 of them.
In his view, prices in the sector will not decrease so much as to make people lose their funds.
Mitchell said that he is still receiving property purchase requests though many British and Irish buyers are currently refraining from investment in the real estate sector.
