Investors are unwilling to purchase before project completion since most would like to see the finalized product before buying.
Foreign investor tendencies have also changed. UK buyers almost entirely lost interest in Bulgaria while increasing number of Russians are purchasing in the country.
The falling prices have caused other problems. Owners cannot achieve the expected return rate which was said to be eight to 10 percent. Currently, it reaches only three to five percent.
