Cuba will require all visitors entering the country to have health insurance, Reuters reported, quoted by Focus News Agency.
The measure will be in force from May 2010.
The Cuban government will approve the foreign companies and Cuban companies, which will sell insurances in all border checkpoints.
Insurances are obligatory for foreign visitors and Cubans, who live abroad and return to Cuba to see their relatives.
The measure does not concern diplomats and representatives of accredited international organization. The price of the health insurance is still unannounced.
