The company that is to start constructing a dolphinarium in the old part of Nessebar is ready to stop the process, if public discontent with the project persists, expert.bg reported.
Festa Holding is willing to sign an agreement with Nessebar municipality stating that it will carry out no construction works in the historic old part but will suggest new investment projects.
In 2006, Festa Holding paid Nessebar municipality the amount needed for the purchase of a plot in the old town. Due to administrative hindrances, the company could not start construction until present.
Several days ago Festa Holding turned down to exchange the plot it owns with a smaller one situated in the new Nessebar.
