Eighty percent of the bureaus de change in the Bulgarian seaside resort of Golden Sands present misleading information, Varna tax officers found out after inspections.
Misleading information is usually presented on boards outside the bureaus, which are considered marketing materials. Tax officers cannot fine bureau owners for positioning such boards.
