The Bulgarian regions of Dobrich, Silistra and Rousse in cooperation with the Romanian Constanta, Valarasi and Giurgio will work on a project for common cultural tourism development.
Participants in the project stress that the Bulgarian and Romanian regions are suffering from the lack of a common strategy and trans-border structure, which will unify the attempts of the two countries to come up with a tourism product.
