On April 30 Bulgarian State Railways launched a new train line called Varna Weekend.
The train will travel from Bulgaria’s capita of Sofia to the seaside city of Varna. Varna Weekend will only stop at the railroad stations in Pleven and Gorna Oriahovitsa.
Varna Weekend will travel from Sofia to Varna on in Fridays starting from Central Railway Station in Sofia.
The return trip is on Sundays.
The train is equipped with electric plugs and a restaurant.
The round ticket en route Sofia-Varna-Sofia with Varna Weekend costs 35.60 leva (18.20 euro).
