Bulgarian Associations of Travel Agents and Tour Operators will hold the presidency of the European Travel Agents’ and Tour Operators’ Associations (ECTAA) from 2010 to 2012.
Chairperson of the Bulgarian association Irena Georgieva said that ECTAA elected her as the organizations president for the coming two years.
ECTAA is an organization that has representatives from EU member countries and membership candidates.
During the Bulgarian presidency, ECTAA will work on new European tourism framework. The consolidated EU Tourism Policy Framework aims to encourage European tourists to remain within EU countries.
