Bulgaria rose to the 11th place out of 40 countries ranked in real estate demand for June 2011, according to the British online site themovechannel.com. According to the research, the top three remains unchanged - Spain, France, ant the U.S. are the most popular on the real estate market.

Spanish property market is flooded because the banks there sell them cheaply. But France is different property market, because buying a holiday property in this country is a lifestyle. Portugal rose to the 4th place in the ranking by popularity and Thailand rose to the 9th by entering the top ten for the first time.

Sixth place went to Brazil, Turkey got 7th, Cyprus is 8th, Thailand is 9th and Greece is 10th. On the 20th place in popularity among the real estate market is Canada, 30th is Montenegro and the last 40th place is for Lithuania.
