Bulgaria can learn from the experience and best practices of Italy in equestrian tourism, the Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism in Bulgaria Ivo Marinov has said.
He has met with the General Secretary of International Federation of Equestrian Tourism (IFET) Luigi Triossi, Alberto Spineli, the President of the Italian Federation of Equestrian Tourism and Fausto Faggioli, the Vice President of the Regional Federation of Equestrian Tourism of the Italian region Emilia-Romagna.
According to the Italian guests, Bulgaria has a great potential to develop equestrian tourism. They will inform the Bulgarian ministry on how to cooperate with tourism and agriculture ministries in Italy. Tourists from the USA and Canada could be very interested in horse riding opportunities in Bulgaria.
