Bulgaria will present its cultural tourism potential on International tourism fair ITB Berlin.
The expo takeа place from 9th until 13th of March 2011 in the German capital. The Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism organises the Bulgarian national attendance on the international fair, which is to take place for 45th time. Bulgaria is to attend the expo for 43th time. Over 40 tourist companies from Bulgaria attend at the fair.
ITB Berlin is the most prestigious international event in the tourist industry with over 11 163 tourist companies and organizations from 188 countries. The organizers expected over 100 000 professionals from the tourist branch and 60 000 citizens to visit the fair. The tourist exhibition is to take place in 26 halls on 160 000 square meters.
This year Poland is to be a co-partner on the expo. Poland is to represent its diverse nature and culture sightseeing, also the new stadiums, where the European Football Championship is to take place 2012.
