Bulgaria, Hungary and the Czech Republic are losing their popular as tourism destinations for British tourists, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Britons are looking for good offers on holidays outside the euro zone. Their interest in exotic destinations like Kenya, South Africa, China and Indonesia is increasing steadily.
Eastern Africa experienced a decrease in tourist visits after the unrests and elections in December 2007. Currently, the British tourists are rediscovering Kenya.
The largest decline in tourist visits affects Eastern Europe. Sales of foreign currency for Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Hungary decreased three times. Turkey and Croatia are the countries, which still continue to benefit from the high value of the euros.
