Summer tourism season 2009 will be officially opened in the resort area of Irakli on June 13, expert.bg reported.
Irakli has set an aim to turn into one of the most preferred Bulgarian ecological resorts. To meet this goal, Irakli took part in the EDEN 2009 competition concerning an excellent tourism destination.
The resort attracts mainly families and tourists that are involved in nature preservation.
The overall accommodation capacity of villas and bungalows in Irakli is 125 units. A shop, a café and two restaurants function in the resort. Tourists also have water sports opportunities available.
