Bulgaria’s gold treasures will be displayed in Hungary in May and April 2010, Darik Radio reported. Some of the artifacts discovered near Kazanluk will also be traveling to Hungary.
The town of Nagykanizsa will be hosting the exhibition, manager of the Kazanluk museum of history Kosio Zarev said.
The exhibition is organized in cooperation with the National Museum of History.
Some of the artifacts to be displayed include gold equipment discovered in Sasheva mound, the treasures that belonged to Seuthes III and the Thracian golden jewelry from Malka mound.
After the exhibition in Hungary ends, the treasures will travel to China.
