The Bulgarian town of Kurdzhali and the Italian municipality of Minervino Di Lecce signed an agreement for cooperation in the sphere of culture and tourism, Nov Zhivot daily reported.
A Bulgarian delegation visited Italy and took part in the talks over the cooperation.
The Bulgarian visit was part of a project that brought Kurdzhali, Minervino Di Lecce and the Croatian municipality Vela Luka together.
During the visit, each municipality presented its culture heritage, traditions and tourism sites.
Minervino Di Lecce’s project aims to stimulate the exchange good practices and ideas in the sphere of tourism and culture.
