The Bulgarian Economy, Energy and Tourism Ministry will start accepting complaints and irregularities signals from citizens in its Sofia office. The office located at 8 Slavianska street will welcome visitors each Monday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Complaints will also be examined after these are received at e-docs@mee.government.bg.
Experts in the spheres of economy, energy and tourism will answer the questions that citizens have.
Special mailboxes will be used for the submission of corruption signals. Anonymous signals and complaints will remain unexamined.
