Bulgarian winter resort Bansko hosts a round of the European biathlon Cup from February 10 to 12.
The competition is free of charge for tourists. Over 200 biatloners from 27 countries are situated in Bansko to take part in the biathlon competition.
The cup was open with traditional Bulgarian music and dances in the main square of Bansko.
The Bulgarian and the Russian biathlon teams sleep in the hut of Shiligarnika Ski Stantion (1700 m) in order to prepare for the European Championship in Ridnaun-Val Ridanna in the Italian Alps.
