The ambassadors of Brazil, the Republic of South Africa and Indonesia took part in the official opening of the cultural tourism fair in Bulgaria’s Veliko Turnovo on April 14.
Exhibitors from 18 countries took part in the international tourism fair Cultural Tourism 2010 in Bulgaria’s Veliko Turnovo.
Bayonne tourist office, municipality of Bitola, the embassies of Brazil, Indonesia and Poland in Bulgaria and the Russian municipality of Tver were among international participants in the event.
More than 20 companies from the Russian city of Tver presented their products during the fair.
During the tourism fair Veliko Turnovo organized celebrations after it received the award for Balkan capital of cultural tourism. The International Hotel and Restaurant Association (IH&RA) presented the award to Veliko Turnovo during its congress in Serbia in January 2010.
