The American skier Bode Miller announced that he will take part in the slalom in Vitosha Mountain on the 24th of February, was written in Trud daily.
The competition will take place on the ski slope “Vitoshko lale” from 6 pm as a charitable initiative. The money which will be collected will be used for the young Bulgarian talents in skiing. The initiator of the competition is the World Federation for Skiing which aims to popularize the World Ski Cup.
Some other skiers who will take part are the winner from the super-giant slalom from the games in Vancouver Aksel Lund Svindal (Norway) and the winner of the Small Globe in slalom 2010 Reinfried Herbst.
The demonstration will take place before the starts of the World Ski Cup in Bansko on 26th and 27th of February, in which the skiers will take part.
