Two new theme eco paths will welcome tourists in Belasitsa nature park, Bulgarian National Radio reported.
Specially trained guides will help tourists explore all landmarks. The new paths have been named Friends and The Way of the Ant. Information boards have been positioned, as well.
The Way of the Ant path is 3.6 km long and the walk lasts one hour and 20 minutes. Walking down the Friends path takes one hour and 40 minutes. The path leads to the picturesque Leshnishki waterfall.
Belasitsa already has two thematic eco paths.
All initiatives are part of the project for preservation of Belasitsa’s biodiversity through the development of eco tourism.
