The cabin lift and other facilities in the winter resort of Bansko are no longer functioning, investor.bg reported.
Bansko mayor Alexander Kravarov said that the winter season was satisfactory. No further construction in the ski zone is envisioned during the upcoming winter season.
If changes to the Pirin national park management plan are accepted, Bansko could consider projects for the setting up of another lift and several more ski tracks in the region of Tsurna Mogila, Kravarov said.
