In 2010, American Journal of Archaeology will publish a bulletin about excavation works that took part in Bulgaria from 2007 to 2009.
The journal will include 15 to 20 sites dating back to various historical period.
A mound near the Bulgarian village of Kosharna is included in the bulletin. Archaeologists have been studying the site since 2007. In 2009, Bulgarian scientists worked on a cult complex dating back to the Copper-Stone Age.
