Alleged merchants offer tourists paid services at the beaches that lack concessionaires, Focus news agency reported.

Citizens signaled about such violations at South Beach in Chernomorets and Gradina camp near the coastal town of Bourgas.

Nobody controls the beaches without concessionaires and such merchants are free to exercise their activities there. The National Revenue Agency and the Commission for Consumer Protection are responsible for managing beaches without owners.

Ministry of Environment and Water Affairs and municipalities are experiencing serious problems with finding concessionaires.

Sozopol municipality announced that eight out of nine beaches without owners will be given on concession after a second tender procedure took place. Kavatsi- South beach remains without owner.
