Albena Ltd has offered two Black Sea coastal projects for sale, Dnevnik daily reported. Both projects can be seen as offers on the website of a Sofia property agency.
One of the offers features a vacation complex in the Kavarna region of Biala Lagouna. The construction of two buildings featuring 177 apartments is to take place there. The project is worth 42.5 million euro.
The second project offered for sale carries the name Balchik Gardens. Albena Ltd and Balchik municipality are partners, where Albena holds 60 percent of the shares. Execution is taking place and the finalized complex will feature 190 apartments, a spa center, a restaurant and shops. The price is eight million euro.
Albena Ltd is seeking buyers for several other developments among which Maskite hotel situated in the Alps. According to representatives, these decisions have no connection to the financial crisis and deals will be concluded only if good prices are offered.
